OKlah, since my cbox is so hyped up about this person who goes by the name of Beans, and some of you might or might not recognize him. So this is a post for the man.

A little info about Beans, his real name is Jeremy Lue Jun Yi, he's born on 11 of August 1986. He's from a family of 5. He has a sister, and two brothers. He completed his SPM with flying colours, of total 8A1s, and 2A2s. He wanted to further his studies in biology. He went to Form 6 for a short brief of time, but he got an offer from a polytechnic in Changlun, Kedah. After done his studies over there, he came back to Shah Alam, joining in University Malaya, P.J, in Science course. Currently he's still studying there, in his final year. His course is expected to finish by the middle of the month, or ending of the year.

How did i knew him?

I came to SAGC (my church) during 2004. I heard his name being mention many times, but i never met his before as he was at Kedah at that time. At one time i was taking bass lessons from Wilson. Wilson asked me to learn from Jun Yi, because he was quite busy and he teaches Jun Yi before me as well. So i remember the first time, i went to Jun Yi, to ask him to teach me. I still remember the conversation (roughly). It was on the first floor of the stage, near kitchen area.

Me: Hello are you Jun Yi
Jun Yi: Yes
Me: Wilson ask me to learn bass from you, can you teach me. He said he thought you bass.
Jun Yi: Which part you want me to teach you?
Me: I don't knowlah, i forgotten because long time no class.
Jun Yi: You go ask him which part i must teach you

So i thought to myself, "What kinda stuck up person is this. Wilson thought him, right? Not he learnt himself". So over the years, as i hang out with Darren more, i accidentally hang out with Jun Yi also, as Jun Yi is one of Darren's best friend. So over the years, i got to know Jun Yi more and more. Im quite surprise to learn many of his stories during school time, during church time, when i was not in church. One fine day, he came to church with his head bald. My brother saw it, and call him alien, because of his shape, and also call his head beans. So from that day onwards, i started to call him Beans. But you see, in most English movies, the character who uses the word Beans, is actually quite awfully good looking, so its a good name.

Sports
Other than his good academic results, he's good in sports too. He's very passionate in football, futsal, captain ball, tennis, squash, bowling, and other unknown sports. He shows good characteristics while in game, but often ignoring cheers from his fans. He supports Liverpool F.C. sometimes Chelsea F.C. , England and Selangor team.He has joined many various sports events.

Musical skills
He's also a musician, too. He plays the guitar, and bass guitar. He owns a Ibanez 4-string guitar, and a cheap amp. He's going after for a RBX4 A2 4 string bass guitar. He's also in the midst of buying a new acoustic guitar.

With God
He's very serious with his relationship with God. He's a person, who trust in God, and often seek God for answers. He can be seen that he's serious with God through, the way he speaks of Him, and on how he behaves. He's even went for many activities, and camps to know more of Him. He also serve in many ministry, like music ministry, SF, transport, and many others. He even plans to work with SUFES after his course is done, which shows he's not interested with working big jobs and earning millions.

In friendship wise, he will go out with anyone. (as long as the person has to pay for the whole meal, and willing to pick him up from his house). Beans can be a dangerous person. He may look like an apek, but he's a mind reader. He knows which girl/guy which you like, which song REMINDS you of the person you like, and he knows who in love with who. So watch out for yourself. Most of the time, he has this "spell" to make people to answer his questions. He will not answer any questions directly to him, such as, "who he likes", "who he's after", or "is he straight?" (ehem). He often asks his friends to write letters to him, during the time he went Kedah. He still believes that writing letters are the most sincere and friendshipest thing to do.

But the problem with Beans is, he's pretty cheapskate. He rarely treats people for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and even supper too. He's well known of his great technique of eating at McDonald's with only RM4. He buys something, let's say a burger, and he uses his "Kid's Club" card to redeem free fries. And the story where he uses the McD cup when he bought coke one day, an brought it back to refill back on the next day. Hahahahah, hebat!

His personality wise, he's a very cheerful person. Who laughs and makes people laughs. It's very seldom you'll see him angry, or in bad mood . He's outgoing, as in sports, activities and during normal times as well. He's a very motivated person at times, but at times, he does fall. He communicates with people easy (especially nerds). He seldom complains or talk bad about anybody (not like me). He can be lazy at times, but he can stand up back, with some motivation from his friends. He do reads a lot of books, mainly about Christian life, and Science. He loves to see movies, during his class break time. He loves to look at the skies above, and ponder on God and His marvellous creation.

He's a teacher as well. He teaches many people. For example, he teaches me bass lesson today. He teaches the contestant of D.M.S.J. (a bible quiz), he teaches during SF (Student's Fellowship) on how to live a Christian Life. He teaches people to play football. He indeed has make a big impact on people's life, with he knowing it, or he not knowing it.

He also cares for people. For example myself. There were times when i just wont do somethings, and he comes there and gives me advices. Though at times, we often joke and disturb (well i the one disturb) each other, there were times he actually care of me, not only me, but other friends, too.

Overall, he's really an incredible person. No, I'm not saying this just because to suck up to him, or I'm getting any treats from him. But it's true, he's really a good person, and he will impact on your life. I'm sure once you know him, you will know he can be a real good friend. And to me, till this day, i don't regret knowing him even once.

EDITTED, I just woke up from sleep, and now i can think more. There were some things which Beans actually "given" me, like new friends! Like the person in the cbox, and the person who gave comment on this post, nice meeting you guys . And also not to mention, some special persons, you know who right, Beans? . He also gave me a present, well not an expensive one, but in order to get this present, you need to buy something else.



So that proofs he's not THAT cheapskate afterall(or is he still a cheapskate?)
