Happy Valentine's Day :)
Hi, as the title mentions, Happy Valentine's Day to all my readers. I cant do any banners, because Photoshop still not working. This year's Valentine's no different, from previous years. No one to go out with, wow! 20 year old, and still haven't gotten any dates. On the bright side, i don't have to buy flowers, or eat at fancy restaurants, hahaha. As for me, i prefer to plant my own flower, and give it to her. Anyhow, i'll try next year, or the year after that, or the year after that year, or . . . you get the idea. Anyway, i only wish one person Happy Valentine's Day, it was to Beans. For those who dont know, Beans is my friend, a dude. Wakaka.
Here's a poem, i write down. I didnt write down, thinking of anyone. No one was in my mind when i wrote it down. I know, it doesnt rhyme very well, i'm just a noob in this poem thing, do correct me if im wrong.
Roses are red
Violets are blue
On this Valentine's
Would you be my boo
Roses are red,
Violets are blue
Love is so great,
When I'm with you
Sweet as honey dew
Beautiful as sea's view
if only that you knew
that i love you
OKLAH! i shalt stop here. Cant go on more. No gift in poemings. Anyway, enjoy your Valentine's guys. ;)

Salt, please.
I was debating with a friend of mine, one how most families in Alam Megah rarely goes out to eat as family. I always eat my lunch and dinners outside of the house. So i go to many restaurants, Chinese, Malay, and Indian. Once in a while, i do go to other types of restaurants with my church members.
Based on my observation, Chinese families are the ones, who usually goes out as family, to eat dinner normally. Then followed by Malays, and then Indians. A note though, this observation isn't noted down by me, using any graphs, charts, or timetables. This is what normally i see through my eyes. For me, going out as family for lunch, or dinner is a good thing. It somewhat strengthens the family bonds, and it's a good way for families to spend time, with different atmosphere, ambiance, location, and the culture of the diner.
I was telling to my friend, that most of the time, in Chinese restaurants, most of the time, people go there either alone, or with friends. In Malay restaurant, normally it would be Malay couples, would be there. There are one of two times, people would go there with friends. As for Indian food shop, most likely colleagues, friends would go there. In Alam Megah, it's very rare to see any Chinese or Indians go to Malay Restaurant. In Chinese restaurant, Chinese and Indians would go there. Indian/Mamak Restaurants tops the chart, with the majority of races going there. Simply because of, the halal matter, pure original roti canai, and curry.
People over here, somewhat dont go out with their family that much, well some dont go out at all, and eat 24/7, 365 days at their own home. My neighbors for example, dont go out that much with family. More often, just go to their relative houses. Most of the time, they hang out with their friends at mamak, to watch football, while their wifes at home, with the children. Teens like me, who goes out with friends, too rarely spend time going out with family as well. In my case, my dad don't like to go out and eat outside food. I on the other hand, want to spend my time with my friends.
I was watching MARTHA, few weeks ago, went Martha Steward said the use of BlackBerry at restaurants and cafes are disrupting family lunch/dinner. Less communication between family members.
My final words is, that eating lunch/dinner at home is something good, and should be done often. At times it's best if it's being done outside. What's the problem spending few Ringgits on much higher level restaurants, than the usual restaurants we go to.

My Friends
Last night i was browsing through Friendster, just searching for any lost friends. I came to one profile, my friend's one. This friend, i happen to know him since Standard 1, 13 years ago. I remember, i used to hang out with him those day, used to lepak with him, eat with him during recess times. Standard 3, there was a reformation. The school we were studying that time, was a Secondary school, so, the gamen built a new school, just for primary students. So i was transfered to the school near my home, while some of my other friends, had been transfered to schools near their home. I remember when i was Form one, and i met him. He was Form 2 by then, he "jumped" from Standard 3, to Standard 5 straight.
When i met him, he was different, you know all show off, act as if he doesnt knows you. He knows my name, but he didn't even asked how was i doing, how things went after Standard 3. Anyway, as i was saying, i saw his Friendster profile, and i saw there, its written He studying in Tailor's College. I'm not surprised knowing him studying there, he dad is rich, and he's the only child. He managed to have a car when he was 18, i did too, but my car is second hand, and he's is brand new. I look at the clothings, and the suit he was wearing, wow! All elegant, For you information, he's body is huge. Anyway, good luck to him on the future.
A month ago, i was waiting for bus at a nearby bus stop. I heard someone called my name, so i look back and saw two child hood friends of mine. One is M, and another is S. I knew M since Standard 1, same class. He urine his pants once, and teacher asked me to lend him another pants. S was Standard 2 friend. I remember, people used to call him ghost. Because once he disappeared from the class, and then someone rumored he died in toilet. When he came back to class during recess, the class people ran at the back of the class, and screamed, hantu!. These stories is true, im not making up. Anyway, both of them going inside this Inova or was it Avanza. But it's a Toyota, and smiling at me. Most probably they think i don't have a car, and still using the bus. So i asked them, where they studying and who's car was that, S said it was M's car. I was surprised, and not surprise to hear that. M is still a student, same age with me, college student, but why do you buy a Inova/Avanza for college driving? M's dad is rich by the way, He used to stay my housing area, till one day his family moved to one of the Double Story housing near my place. His dad used to drive lorry, now i don't knowlah. They quickly close the doors and went off, maybe they scared I'll later asked them for a ride.
Not only them, there were others, about 4-5, or even 7 guys i know off, studying in well known colleges, and universities. Most famous spot, is LimKokWing and Tailor's. Most of them, their parents are rich. The thing i dont like them studying there is. They don't deserve to study there. During class times, how many of them wouldn't do their homeworks, and always cause problems in school. Even my SPM results are way better than most of them, but still, they manage to go to these type of places to study. It's not wrong to study there, but what's the point of spending thousands, just for the name of the place. There's this person who goes by the name of V. I asked V where he was studying. He said at LimKokWing, so i asked, "isnt that place kinda expensive". He replied "ok onlylah". Sometimes i feel with the money they spent wasting just like that, it should be given to poor people to extent their education. At least, they wont spent it just like that, just for the sake of name. Studying at LimKokWing and Tailor's is not something wrong, they have the best resources and expertise to teach students, but it's also waste if you go there just for the name, and fame you going to get.
As for me, i know my dad cant afford all this, and i don't blame him, for it. I'm quite thankful, sometimes i cant afford all this. For i might forget myself if i ever go into this kinda places. I think studying in this type of places, is not for me, so i have resulted to find a job. As least, i don't owe and bank money, when i get my pay.

Resurrect
Last week, i just sent my camera, Olympus Camedia C-2000Z to the Headquaters, at Sri Hartamas. In my whole entire life, i never gone to Sri Hartamas, man. Its way cool over there, than Alam Megah. Lots of rich people there, judging by the amounts of BMWs and Mercedes i saw that day. Not to mention too, rude drivers who dont give way to others.
Sometime ago, i posted about the problem about my memory card, well, i dont know if the problem is with the memory card, or the camera contact. And since no one knows where can i send it to repair, and a new memory card would be the same price as a bomb, so i had no other choice than to send it over to the HQ.
Finding the place was hard, and then when i reached there, i had to go to the other building and go up till the 10th floor, and then i came there. I was entertained by this maiden, who is so soft-spoken, and polite. Maklumlah, this is not gamen office, so that's why you get such a good person to deal with you.
After i sent my camera, they said they will do the checking and would call me to give quatation of the price after Chinese New Year. BABI ! SO LONG MORE I HAVE TO WAIT!. In case i want it to repair, i'll have to pay the normal price, but if i choose not to repair it, then i'll have to pay RM25, ringgit.
Many would say, to buy a new camera. But i dont have the money to buy a new one, whatelse the RM200 over 8MB Memory Card. So i'll still use the camera, if i still can use it, or i'll just have to stick with my Nokia 6680 camera. Though my camera might be quite old, but the shots i took with the camera, is quite awesome. I know nowdays there's dSLR, and so on. Using camera like this is like using Windows 98, when there's Windows XP and Vista. This is what i can afford, and this is what i shall use.
Below is what a 2.0Mp camera could do:

P.S. All photos except the camera one, is taken by me. Dont go and say it's taken by you. I shall sue you, and use the money to pay for my camera repairs.

Aku Scandal - Hujan
Aku berikan semua
Agar kau gembira sentiasa
Engkau tetap pergi
Pergi meninggalkan ku sendiri
Jangan disimpan tiada rahsia
Katakan saja ku terima
Engkau tetap pergi
Pergi meninggalkan ku sendiri
Waktu duka dulu
kita lalui bersama
Bahgia bagaikan malam
ditemani bintang terang
Hancur hati bila kau
undurkan diri
Meninggalkan daku
Meninggalkan daku sendiri
Senyuman manis dibawa angin
Ku tunggu dikau terasa dingin
Engkau tetap pergi

Enter The Pyramid
So i went to Sunway Pyramid . . . AGAIN, but it was yesterday, not on Sunday. I find out, this ALL-NEW Sunway Pyramid is very "user-friendly". Like the parking for example. Despite i've been there several times, but i didnt notice those red lights on top of the celling, and what's it's usage was. It turns out to be like a "notice" for drivers to inform, about availabilty of a parking space. The red light means, the parking space is taken, and green light means, there's a space there, very simple, right? All the driver has to do is, look up to the celling, and see for any light stand, which the is flashing green. It's as simple as that, baby!
Next is the toilet. I really look up to the engineers, designers who came up to the idea of this toilet. It's very elegant, and yet so simple, i want to have the same toilet in my house. Yesterday, when i went to one of the toilet, i found out the noob who used it before dont know how to flush his urine. So i did flush the urines away. If you're the kampung type, or a noob (duh!), then you will think that this toilet is stupid, for not having the flushing thing (sorry i dont know, what they call that). There's this round big, button which is kinda invisible, because of it's colour, and it's position, people dont notice most of the time. The sink is small, which is good, quite classy, but the tap, is kinda old fashion. It's he type, where you have to press the head of the tap, in order water to come out. They could have installed those infrared ones, it's much more cooler and saves water. There's also the machine where it dries your hand after you wash them. I didnt used it though, because most of the time, when i used it, my hand gets too dry and sticky.
There's also electronic map, to see where you are at the moment, which is really helpful. Remember few of my post, when i said that there's this assisatant came to ask, where we wanted to go to. Friendly.
Despite all of these good advantage, there are some part of the place (or other) i dont like. For example the cinema. I went to watch The GamePlan at TGV. The cinema was quite dangerous to my horror. It was way steep, i tell you. There's no any protection for anybody, just in case they fell. Say im sitting there, watching the movie, someone came in front of me, to go to the seat next to me, there's no space for him/her to walk there, and there's a chance the poor person would fall on the person on the row in front of my row, on their head, and maybe rolling till the bottom, and die there. While watching the advertisment, the lights went off like what it used to be, and then i heard the movie's music played, and then it went "down" suddely. There isn't any picture at the screen. We waited there for few moment, then i heard someone talking over the radio, seems like something went wrong. After 4-5 minutes, everything went back normal, and i got to enjoy the movie. In a cinema which could fit in about say, 50-60 people, there was only 6 people there.
I went to Jusco for lunch, supposingly the place is where all the foods are "cheap". It WASNT! For food alone, it ranges from RM4.50, to RM10, if im not mistaken. I took Claypot Chicken Rice, and Cendol. Claypot Chicken Rice - RM5.00 and Cendol was RM2.00, and including tax, all of them were about RM7.50. Really hideous price, but it tasted good, real good. Too bad, i didnt ate the sizzling chicken, that would be nicer. The seatings in the food court, is very uncomfotable. All the seatings were place near to one another. So for a big size person like me, i really felt uncomfortable, i couldnt even find way to go out. So i decided to wait till someone goes out, but what the chips, i just went out before anyone came out.
Most of the stores there are having discounts, and sales. It's good if you're rich and thin. Unlike me, there's nothing that i could or wanted to buy. I did felt jealous for some people there who has the money, and nice body to buy those clothes, but well. . . hehe. Parking price is RM1, which is so way cheap than the SACC Mall (a.k.a the RTM of Shopping Malls). Overall i think Sunway Pyramid is a nice place to shop, it's comfortable, but you must have loaded wallet to buy anything there, as price are simply BOMB!

How To Be Succesful in School
Ok, i know some people would be laughing seeing this post, but trust me, it works! After 12 years in school, i know there's a way for you to be succesful in school. Sorry for posting this so late, but i hope it will help even a bitlah. NOTE: Success here doesnt means get flying colours, but more to how to stay away from problems, and so on. Hehehe.
In School
#1: Be Friendly
Be friendly to everybody! Even to the teachers, toilet cleaner, and the GUARDS!! In that way, you will get their respect. (and able to escape if you come late to school).
#2: Just Do It
If the teachers asks you help them, carry stuffs. Do it. Don't hassitate. It will give them wrong impression, and thus there goes your chance of being the gold child (anak emas).
#3: Know Your Escape Route
Just in the case if you ever come late to school, know any potential ways to get into school. Say if you came to school at 8:10 a.m, and the assembly have finish, what would you do? Easy! Hide your beg in some longkang, NOTE: not just any longkang, but those which are dry as the desert ones. You dont one your books get wet, right? The with a selamba face, go inside school, but if will be best if you go through the "lubang lubang" way.
#4: Time is Pain
The more late you come to school, the more the risk of you getting "present". So come earlylah, duh.
#5: Dress Appropriate
Some people tends to have, funky hairstyle, dirty shirt, no name tag and so on. Only way to escape from all this is to, kau tim with the teachers. Be their friends. Especially discipline teachers. In class you can do just about anything, not outside of class though. Sometimes there's double standards. First class students gets the privillege to "escape", and the middle class students will "kena". Oh, and be friends with prefects too, ask them when's the next spotcheck.
In Class
#6: Be Polite
Not only to the teachers, but classmates as well. Who knows, if you going to need their help soon? Not forgeting the part when you going to be group with some of the nerds/sleepyheads/gangsters/cute cute ones/the morons to do assignments with them, right?
#7: Be Like A Girl
Do you work like a girllah. When it comes to assignments, most guys tend to their work like... a guys. Which is totally phailed. I've done my works like how girls do, you know highlighting here there, using colourful pens, drawing here and there, and the result is marvellous. You may lough at me, but you have'nt seen yet my classmates reaction. Go Girls!
#8: Homeworks
I know, i know homeworks can be quite hassling. But trust me, if you do it, you not only improving yourself in that paricular subject. Just do it, even if it's all wrong. It also gains respect from teachers.
#9: Sleepyhead?
Some people do sleep during school time, if you that kind of person, then read on. It's best to have a good friend in class at that time. After school, you can call the person and ask what homework been given, and so on. Ask in details. Oh yah!, this friend if its best, not to be a guy, let it be a girl. You knowlah how irresponsible guys can be. GUYS! Then belanjalah the friend once in a while, take her out ke, movie ke. Ape ape jelah. Got extra money, go tuiton. At least you awake at night, right? Mostly those who sleep in class are those brilliant ones, like my friend Beans.
#10: There's Time For Everything
Don't make noise during the teacher is teaching. Give them respect. You can make noise if the class kinda kinda boring and the teacher is not there and so on. But jaga jaga abitlah, nanti kena tangkap macam mana?
Well, i hope this summary of mine will help during your times at school. Do leave any comment if it works, hehehe. School might be boring, but if you're good enough, you can make it happening.

Go Girls!

Tired Day
Just came back home from Sunway. Well, came back few hours ago, but went for dinner and so on, so just reached home. Feel very calm now.
It's my 4th time to Sunway Pyramid 2. So far, I'll say service is good. While waiting for a noob (Ivan :P) to find direction, this maiden came from somewhere, asking the people in front of Ivan where they wanted to go. She gave them very clear, polite, and sweet answer. Later she asked the same from Ivan. She's really kind.
Other than that, i still find the place too fancy for me, seeing most of the stuffs there are targeted to those who's RICH! Just went walking here and there. Hehehe, manage to skodeng somebody, hehehe. Secret.
Overall is goodlah, nice to lepak with Ivan and Andrew.

Saw this very old picture, haha well not that oldlah, but it was way back year 2006. Like a year ago, it brings back those memories when i was in Form 6. How i used to go and lepak at the Physics class. Not that i like that class so much, i just hang out with the class members, but i hate Physics, its mathematical. Only a person with a head like a beans would fit in that class, hahaha. Amazingly there's a girl in that class, the only girl. The rest of the girls went to Biology class, NOW that's where i belong. NO, not because of girls, but because of Biologylah. Too bad, i wasnt in Science Stream during SPM time, but i did enter Science Stream when i was in Form 4. Accounts class? Yea, i have friends in there too, the chinese gang. Come to think of it, most of my friends back then was chinese, All the way from L6Fizik, to L6Sejarah, which is my class, most of my friends were Chinese, followed by Malays. The wonders of multi-racial country. If you're wondering when this picture was taken, it was taken during Farewell Function for the Upper Sixers. It so happen 3 of us were using Olympus camera, hahaha.

It wont end
Last night, while waiting my dad to buy food, i saw this small boy, walking alone to the shop. I wont be suprised if this kid got lost/kidnappend. Im sure most of y'll would know about the missing girl case. These days parents seem to let their children rome around, and when they went missing, they will cry and ask sympathy from people through tv.
I dont know where is the parent of this boy, and what were they doing when he's not in house. It's pretty normal to see all those young kids around my neighbourhood. I hate driving from my home at evening, because of them. I scared, i might knock them down. I dont drive fast, but it's them who just run across roads, without looking. That's how their parents thought them, right. Not to look left or right.
I say the gamen should just dump these parents inside jail. That would not only "discpline" the parents, but also a reminder to other parents as well. Dont come in tvs and begging kidnappers to return your child, when you let them go off by yourselves.
