Malaysia Boleh

Hi, if you're a Malaysian, you would probably knew that they have sent an astronaut/cosmonauts ( that's what they call it in Russia) to the space, for the first time. I personally think that this is something successful, and to be proud of. 50 years ago, there were only 1 car, on the roads, and many people, listening to their radios, to listen about what is happening, and today, we managed to step our foot in the space, something none of us could imagine. On the second thought, whats the point of sending a person only, out of 11,000 over candidates. It will be even better if Malaysia did it by their self, without the help of any country. Just like the so called First National car, with the help of Mitsubishi, Japanese company. Actually its just like sending someone over the space only, not actually stepping the moon, or stepping the sun thing, not its nothing to impress so much about.

I saw the launch of the rocket from TV yesterday, at Ntv7, LIVE from Russia. They showed the image of Soyuz launch vehicle, with the rocket attached to it,something first time I'm seeing live. I not saying i never seen it before, but its the first time, I'm seeing it LIVE. Then i saw someone was giving the countdown, and then i saw the amount of flame coming out from the rocket's exhaust, super cool!!! The rocket then flew up, then they show the image, from the exhaust part only, so sad, i was hopping they would show image from the launch vehicle, directly to the sky.

Then they showed image inside the cockpit, seriously, it wasn't like how i imagine, it looked like sardine tin, with sardines cramp in it. It I don't know how comfortable will the astronauts feel, wearing those Hugh suits, and able to sit so near one by one, and above them is covered with sponge looking thingy. I was hoping it would be something like Star Wars or Star Trek ship, hahaha. I'm very impressed by the technology used by the Russians, on how the managed to captured the image inside the cockpit, with the speed of rocket. It looked so stable inside the cockpit, hahaha. After few minutes, i saw the pens beginning to float, luckily someone brilliant enough to tie the pen with strings, hahahahah...

So sad, that's what only i managed to see, until now, none of the TV stations are showing any pictures or live telecast from the ship, it will be nice to see what is happening now. I wonder did they managed to sleep during the journey, hahaha. If given the opportunity, i would like to go to space to, but i know i don't have the capabilities of going up there, hahaha.

Did You Know?

1.)You actually ABLE to see the ISS, with naked eye, due to its size, and the large reflective area offered by its solar panels. But since, the station is in the low earth orbit, and the sun and observer locations also need to coincide, it is only visible for some time only.

2.)The ISS, is joint project between, U.S.A, Russia, Japan, Canada and some European countries.

3.)The ISS cost from 1980s to the end of 2010, would be around 130 billion US Dollars.
