good plan that will benefit the WHOLE society...

For thos who didnt knew what was happening, Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS) is offering RM15, 000 to just any clown who managed to catch 100 stray dogs. HADIAH LUMAYAN! is what they put in their website.

First Price : RM15, 000
Second Price : RM13, 000
Third Price : RM11, 000

Sure, the price money is a lot, but i dont think its worthy to pay people that much of money, heck they shouldnt even let normal people to go after and catch those wild dogs, what if someone got killed, then MPS will do something about it.

To those who's having dogs at their home, please take care of your dog, or else the next morning you wake up, only to find you dog went missing
